Elvis Presley Rights Holders Sue Anthropic Over AI Training on 274 Songs

Owners of Elvis Presley's music catalog, including Authentic Brands Group, filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against AI company Anthropic in U.S. federal court, alleging its Claude models were trained on 274 Presley songs without permission and seeking about $41 million in damages, which Anthropic denies.
