Ukrainian-Russian Dual Citizen Pleads Guilty to Leading Money Mule Laundering Scheme
Oleg Korniev, a 42-year-old Ukrainian-Russian dual citizen, pleaded guilty to running the Your Mule Cashout (YMCO) network, which recruited over 15,000 U.S. money mules to launder more than $10 million in cybercriminal proceeds between 2007 and 2014.
